She was listed as age 17 on her marriage certificate 22 Oct 1925. Before Jun 1994 she was a member of College Heights United Methodist Church in Jackson Co., MO.⁶¹³ She died on 23 Jun 1994 in Cedar Valley Health Center, Raytown, MO.^140,613 She was buried in Brooking Cemetery (Section 33, Township 49, Range 32W) on 26 Jun 1994 in Jackson Co., MO.⁶¹³ Adelia was given up for adoption at birth. Her parents were first cousins and were not allowed to marry in Missouri. They later moved to Illinois and were married. They reunited with Adelia many years later when whe was grown.

Adelia Belle "Dean" Chadwick and Albert J. Carl were married on 22 Oct 1925 in Jackson Co., MO.^140,614 Her mother (adoptive) had to give her consent on the marriage certificate since Adelia was under 18 years old. Albert J. Carl⁶¹³ was born about 1910. He died in 1982.⁶¹³ Adelia Belle "Dean" Chadwick and Albert J. Carl had the following children:
